Ladiesjam is an 'all women band' that was created as an initiative of VVFLEX, who felt that more female musicians should be seen, and also women from different backgrounds that NL/Europe is rich in. Ladiesjam is therefore a multi-ethnic formation where the love for making music is central. The band is linked to the Music Development and Empowerment project Ladiesjam as a growth opportunity, which is also an initiative of Stichting VVFLEX.
